  • We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery.
  • In case of payment failures, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on location.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be informed before checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days if products are damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered.
  • Refunds are issued after product inspection, as per our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Liability

  • Rudradeep Food is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products after delivery.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, particularly Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
